William Faulkner’s The Sound and the Fury

faulkner-2This website includes work students completed in my English 252 American Literature course.  The students were assigned to analyze and research various elements of William Faulkner’s novel The Sound and the Fury and to post the results of their efforts here.  The students were asked to explore aspects of the novel’s plot, narrative points of view, characters, setting, and language in light of issues such as race, class, and gender.
